They ruin your life, hire so many trainee so they can complete their projects on cheap cost. And call you for overtime on Saturday and on public holiday, didn't approve your leave until they're satisfied with your reason. Time boundation of 9:36 excluding your lunch break tea break and other refreshments break. You're bound to come office on time but you can't leave office on time. All senior at high position has no technical knowledge and some of them have mentality to force developer to stay in office all time and work will come without providing any resource for other's works. If you are mobile developer and working perfectly, then they never provide you server end developer and force you to learn server end code and if the deadline will breach, then blame you. The main reason of such issue is that most of management employees are family persons and they have no technical knowledge and they judge you. Guys!!
