No traning, no induction , no proper higherarchy. Sometime cgm gives instructions of finance and cfo gives the lecture on operations. Totally mess .. old group but could not become a brand . Staff get-together , staff welfare is just zero but they provide the salary on time .

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
