Dissatisfies guest reviews due to poor maintenance of the properties. 6. Management fond of doing politics instead of focusing on innovation and providing good service to the customers visiting. 7.No work life balance.

... lecture on operations. Totally mess .. old group but could not become a brand . Staff get-together , staff welfare is just zero but they provide the salary on time .

Way too Orthodox Company. They have 3 main sales people for 9 properties which makes their sales go down drastically. I wish they held their old reputation and not over burden their employees and make them go mad.
