Likes

The global Sinch atmosphere is dynamic and exciting, they focus on employee friendly values. The Sinch India team is friendly. Certain locations have WFH model.

Salary - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The company is too slow (Sometimes I feel we are in a sarkaari daftar), there is too much confusion in the vision both global and India market.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
