Dear SAP CONSULTANTS, Before joining in this organization looking into the below points. Please note that I am writing this review for 'EDP' department only. Not for entire company. It is very bad department, very worst work environment department. you have to be work here like a schoolboy. Important: These people have two faces andtwo tongues. You have to be reach to office before 8:45 am in the morning, in case if you are failed to reach before 8:45 am you will be getting half day loss pay. The strange thing is this rule is applicable for only employees. Not to the management. Managers can come and go any time. If you are work today till night at 8 or 9 pm, tomorrow you must reach the office before 8:45 am only. No matter whatever you spent working hours last day. They are not bother about when you left office last day, they only see your office intime only. After joining this department, they won't give sufficient time to you make understand the process, after joining next day itself they will expect output from you. If you are failed to give output, they will force you to put down your resignation. The strange thing is within a one month they will start sending email to HR head stating that you are not performing well. These people always shouting on the floor, they are following very bad work culture. They won't provide laptop to you; you have to go to office, and you have to be work like a machine 6 days in a week. Every Saturday you have to be work and that too you must attend to the office. Even If you work hard day and night and give best output also the management will simply say they are not happy with your performance. They feel that 'Simpson' only super company in the entire India and those people whoever operating EDP department their behavior like 'Chief Minister of Simpson' and 'Home Minister' of Simpson. It is not at all right place for working professionals. After went out from this company you have to be beg HR team for getting your service letter. There finance team head is there, he does not know even basic things about SAP, the finance team always come up with very strange requirements and you cannot make understand them about the process. I am not requesting you I am warning to you. Instead of joining in this department (EDP) you can start PANI POORI shop at least you will have some growth in your career, and you don't lose your peace of mind. Ex: If they give you 10000/-Rs salary (Ten thousand rupees) they will expect more than one lakh(100000/-) rupees output from you. No Job security No work life balanced No promotion No Salary hikes.
