So, something good about Simpl is their policies that they have copied from Google but somehow are not able to adhere by it.

The cons are: 1. They will hire you saying it’s a hybrid job, but you have to come to office everyday. Even to take 2 days leave to visit your hometown is a big mistake because you will be taunted for this 2. They have laid off employees consequently for 2 years straight and have lied throughout (this time they spread the rumor so employees can put in their papers well in advance) 3. Check the news about them, the company or CEO showed no empathy and rather did the lay offs on a 3 minute zoom call 4. Here, your work is not counted. Only optics is.
