Toxic politics in seniors and existing employees. Top management don't care about anybody getting fired anytime for any reason. management don't recognize good talent and resource management is poor. Managers/any seniors would shout on anybody for no valid reasons. Most people i have seen frustrated there, which isn't good sign for organization.
