I enjoyed working there cause of such good team.

Dislikes

Toxic politics in seniors and existing employees. Top management don't care about anybody getting fired anytime for any reason. management don't recognize good talent and resource management is poor. Managers/any seniors would shout on anybody for no valid reasons. Most people i have seen frustrated there, which isn't good sign for organization. Many things needs to be improved including work culture. Not healthy environment at all, Appreciation is far away of thought for your hardwork....Read More

I was working for end to end recruitment. In 10 months of working journey, I performed best, got appreciation from our General hr manager. also got certificate for hosting annual show'2020. Got fired without any warning cause of internal politics.

Worst company, no support no salary increment very poor staff... No benifits such as diwali gift. Rigid management. No job security as they can fire you anytime. Apart of that you will not get any benefits from the company. No increment for years even not an average salary. If there is option of giving zero star i'll be give that.. i am not going to suggest anyone to join silvertouch.

The good thing is that even though the company is an IT company, it still provides employment to people by hiring private vendors of the government
