• Jab se service department me manager change hue hai uske bad se environment bahut bigad gaya hai. • Mr. V Patel jo manager ko bhi apne control me rakhte hai, aur engineers ko bahut pareshaan karte hai. • Is year appraisal bhi sirf 5.5% jitna hua hai. Even inflation rate is varying around 7%.

The good thing is that even though the company is an IT company, it still provides employment to people by hiring private vendors of the government

It does provide employment but no big leader from the company ever visits the place where the contract is placed and it is never known about promotions etc.

Will get you a chance to implement the New Idea and creativity. As seniors dont have expertise in their own area. Basically they are chasing the success but to get that they are lacking on capability and delivery part

Work Place and Environment - Old Infra, Low Light and Hygiene issue Micro Management - Time Stamp, will cut salary if 9 hrs working is not recorded. Will be doing more of reports, rather than focusing on work not enough space in cafeteria, drinking water not good at rewarding the efforts and appreciation
