Not a good company to work for fresher, people are not at all helpful, have strict rules or LOP, hardly any holidays, too much of politics involved, racism, no hike or appraisal until you beg for it, manager also doesn’t know anything, people take credit for your work. People last only for 3-4 months. Please consider these before joining

Working here is a deeply disappointing experience. They will promise you a fixed salary, but this is misleading as you are only paid based on the amount of profile you write, essentially making it feel like freelancing. The most problematic aspect is the night shift HR manager, Venkat. His behavior is the opposite of what you wouldexpect from an HR professional. He acts like a strict school principle, bulling the new employees and closely monitoring their every move. And when you seek assistance from your manager, he simply deflect the responsibility and place the blame on you. I strongly advise any fresher against joining this company....Read More
