I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Worst company i never seen before, everyday new criteria, every month salary deductions minimum 50% to 90%. No HR policy, no management, no hikes process. Main thing HR persons are very irrespective and irresponsible behaviour with employees. My best suggestion is do not waste your valuable time in this company. If you join you will lose your career.
