they dont pay salary only for the work we done

There is a guy mc named shiv in night shift who takes advantage of everyone situation. Be aware of him try to move to jeevan team if you are working in night shift. Shiv is nonsense

Working here is a deeply disappointing experience. They will promise you a fixed salary, but this is misleading as you are only paid based on the amount of profile you write, essentially making it feel like freelancing. The most problematic aspect is the night shift HR manager, Venkat. His behavior is the opposite of what you wouldexpect from an HR professional. He acts like a strict school principle, bulling the new employees and closely monitoring their every move.
