The Signzy culture promotes being "Badtameez" and rude to your co-workers. People are not capable here hence the only way they know how to progress is to try bad mouth others and by being uncultured in office (Strange why this helps them every time).

I was uncertain about joining Signzy after reading the reviews & ratings but after joining Signzy I truly feel it is great place to work,learn and grow. It may have been a toxic workculture before, but now things have changed and Manager(Ranganath) is a cool guy. He have good balance of the team. - "I feel that working here is tunring out to be a good choice."

-Need to improve the hiring process. -Prioritise QA bandwidth to meet deadlines. -Avoid works on weekends strictly.

The organization is full of politics and favoritism, with no transparency. No work life balance. Higher management will mock you openly if you talk about work life balance because, it is very normal for them to have it(otherwise you will be considered as 'kaamchor') one-to-one development discussion is missing. The blame game culture is common. It's hard to find peace of mind, while working here.

HR are very dissappointing, no work life balance, have to work more than 12 hrs and still your manager will push you like you are a robot and never praise. Will make you feel you are not capable so that you will put more n more effort and that will lead to sleepless night.

I like how everyday at work you feel how low your manager can get. Again no one knows if this is hierarchical or this is individual.

You dislike something everyday. Basic needs of working from home, holidays are questioned for reasons unknown. Too many SOPs or processes just to make sure that you don't adhere to all as they will be contacting in itself. Senior management contradicts their own statements so you are not sure what to believe on. HR is as useless asa fan in a centralised AC office. In the first year good salary increament and appraisal they giving. Parent health policy also included for woman after married also.
