Nothing. They have the worst working ethics. Not a friendly environment and the CEO is condescending

1. They do not have a friendly environment 2. Everyone especially the CEO is condescending and nobody has any idea what they are doing 3. People do not work except one or two, and they sit back and relax watching others doing everyone's work

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
