I like how everyday at work you feel how low your manager can get. Again no one knows if this is hierarchical or this is individual.

You dislike something everyday. Basic needs of working from home, holidays are questioned for reasons unknown. Too many SOPs or processes just to make sure that you don't adhere to all as they will be contacting in itself. Senior management contradicts their own statements so you are not sure what to believe on. HR is as useless asa fan in a centralised AC office. Nothing is good about it, all time you just have to lie to the customer to save face. It is a loop of lies

Dislikes

Everything, no support from any team. If you take action, then you will be criticised for taking wrong action and saying 'wrong' explanation. You have to hide things without making any sense.

I was uncertain about joining Signzy after reading the reviews & ratings but after joining Signzy I truly feel it is great place to work,learn and grow. It may have been a toxic workculture before, but now things have changed and Manager(Ranganath) is a cool guy. He have good balance of the team. - "I feel that working here is tunring out to be a good choice."

-Need to improve the hiring process. -Prioritise QA bandwidth to meet deadlines. -Avoid works on weekends strictly.

In the first year good salary increament and appraisal they giving. Parent health policy also included for woman after married also.

Dislikes

Problem is that work culture changes depends upon the project. Depends on some project requirement they are totally ignore the employees request,health and requirements. In the first year appraisal will be good ,from the next year salary increament got stopped and only work load will get increased and appraisal also not doing timely. In the some project don't have working hours. You have to do work day and night.we can sleep only 2-3 hours and They are only taking care of the project client or customer....Read More

Being a configuration engineer is a worst thing, u won't learn any thing and just end up doing dragging and dropping in computer system. They biggest lie they tell that they will make every one a business analyst, some extent is can be true but just by saying these things they will use u a lot and make u a labour, u will only earn and not learn a single thing
