Good working environment and culture. Management is transparent. Company policies are excellent, safe teams excellent, women safe side is highly important, appraisals are fair and they give good incentives

Dislikes

I'm working for contract based. Yes is amazing experiences for me . There is a lot of political and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is good.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Signode is a great company, my experience is a Production supervisor and packing & despatch of material and products to safely. It is my wish that I get work as per my experience, so that I can express myself well. The most important thing I learned from Signode is achieved all goal and target to every project.

Sir, I have 1 point here, I should not say this but I have to speak for company review, here the issue of salary has come. Let's take me as an example, Dear sir and mam, I have been working here for 2.5 years but my salary is not big yet. I believe that along with work. salary and position should also increase.
