Nothing only Toxic Environment in HR Department

Dislikes

Jaspreet Kaur (HR GM) Really bad and rude behaviour as a (HR) to the employee who works under her and also same for the site employees. She didn't know that how to talk to staff and not able to resolve the problem of employees. Such a cruel and harsh type of lady. Always ready to create the problem for employees.

It's a new real estate company. Open to new technology and ideas. The promotors are first generation businessman. Very good in nature and support. They want lot of creativity in their company.

Dislikes

Being a new company, process flow is lacking. They should keep high value people do that people grow with that temperament. Require more experienced personnel's. The employees should be of high value & rich experience rather than of less experienced & low salaried.
