It is MNC company. Work environment is very good. Managers,HR and other managements are too supportive. Company focuses in TPM,5s ,lean manufacturing systems. Here you can learn about how to implement TPM systems

Dislikes

The only major dislike about company is If you worked in machine shop then you don't get any benefits in your future.Because most of the machines are SPM which will not improve your skill too much.
