Its a linear organization with equal opportunity for every one. you can have access to COO or CEO directly. If you want to test and harness your caliber this is the right place to work. I got 3 promotions in 5 year. There is no limitation for a performers and innovator.

Very very Bad management in Chennai, if company wants grow their business, first they need to change high level management in Chennai. There will be more comparison between Telugu vs Tamil in Chennai office very very worst management if you told to HR also no use.

Work pressure is too high due to lack of employees. There is no replacement for the people who leave the company. They hire college student as replacement for people who have left with 4 + years of experience.
