They are empathetic towards their employees. They cooperate when you are in problem. I was in need of money and company lend me 5Lac Rs loan at 0% interest rate. Overall the company is good and has been in the industry for long period. So overall a stable organisation to look for long term. One day we had a meeting with the MD and few team members raised a concern that they feel lethargic and hungry around 4 PM.
