Technical director and HR manager both are very unprofessional came from MIDC and made all environment toxic.No MNC culture. Appreciation,position and compansation not based on performance,capabilities and long term association but based on old reference & relationship with director. No scope for technical development. Design team working as support to Europe for detailing task,director approach is only charged hours and not to develop product ownership. You need to send atleast 3 reminder mail to HR to get your own increment letter or any other personal documents.very rude behaviour during notice period....Read More

No growth opportunities. Indian management not supportive at all; this also makes me rethink on the only thing I like about company i.e. wok culture. Local mgmt. , HR don't miss a single chance to spoil this culture. No knowledge gain / repetitive work. Unfair appraisal process. Indian mgmt. tries to manipulate all the policies for employees, that reduces the attractive nature of employee culture.

Good balance in work and personal life. Multi cultural exposure working with European colleagues. Opportunities to travel and learn are plenty. Excellent opportunity for a growing team with very good encouragement from the top management. Equipment engineering and processes are very advanced.

Dislikes

The infrastructure could be better. The ramp up of employee count versus the ramp up of infrastructure is not matching. The HR processes for on-boarding in India need some upgrade.

Terrible and negative environment in this office, every single employee is searching opportunity outside the sidel. Sidel Engineering office located near Fujitsu and Capgemini is worse and the Driver (director) of this office is worst , aggressive and unprofessional. His approach to the candidate is based on the relation to him. No value to employee's efforts and contribution. Not supportive always procrastinates your problems if you ask him for a solution, fake personality. All the seniors have left the sidel just because of him, only freshers are there attracted by fake promises kind of lollipops. Every engineer has suffered during his notice period no matter what he delivered. HR doesn't know his rights and responsibilities he follows only this director.
