I had a very unpleasant experience with a company I previously worked for. The Head of HR displayed unprofessional behavior and lacked basic courtesy when communicating with employees. After resigning and joining a new organization, I received calls from the HR department of my previous employer. During one of these calls, the HR representative spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, making several offensive remarks and threatening to blacklist me in the market. Today, I reached out regarding my full and final settlement. However, I was informed that no payment would be made to me. Instead, I was told that I owed the company money for leaving with only seven days' notice, despite not being a permanent employee at the time.
