I can confidently say that it offers a remarkable level of freedom for its employees to work . What I appreciate the most is accessibility of help. Colleagues are approacable and always willing to lend a hand when needed . It doesnt matter if you are a newcomer or seasoned employee

Few critical job roles are not in proper order which leads to chaos . For a proper development of business .organisational hierarchy to be redefined .Its best that parallel managements are minimised for reduced conflicts of interest.
