Role Description:

The Assistant Manager Finance Account will play a crucial role in managing financial tasks, overseeing account management, and ensuring excellent customer service and sales support.

This full-time, on-site position will also involve team management, enabling effective collaboration to guide students through their application process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial operations and account management processes.

- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.

- Support sales initiatives to promote SI-UK services.

- Manage and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Analyze financial data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

- Address any student queries or issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in finance and account management.

- Strong background in customer service and sales.

- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Experience in the education or study abroad industry is advantageous.
