Management only wants to fill his pocket. No bonus, no gifts, no travelling expenses, no appreciation. Company policy keeps getting change verbally as per management convenient. Yearly 10 leaves with no carry forward option. Daily more then 12 hours work, with no overtime salary. No HR, No outting, No policy for salary appraisal.
