Very bad senior & headoffice all staff ar come from cement industry they are for sameless and non experience for steel market and this is the main issue.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my past seven months at Shyam Steel. It has been an enriching experience, collaborating with supportive teams and colleagues. In my role as a Product Designer, I've successfully crafted eight fully functional designs, receiving positive feedback on each as a masterful creation.

Dislikes

There's really nothing to dislike about working at Shyam Steel. However, an improvement could be transitioning from a 6-day workweek to a standard 5-day schedule, aligning with the practice in many multinational and product-based companies, providing employees with Saturday and Sunday as holidays.
