Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my past seven months at Shyam Steel. It has been an enriching experience, collaborating with supportive teams and colleagues. In my role as a Product Designer, I've successfully crafted eight fully functional designs, receiving positive feedback on each as a masterful creation.

Dislikes

There's really nothing to dislike about working at Shyam Steel. However, an improvement could be transitioning from a 6-day workweek to a standard 5-day schedule, aligning with the practice in many multinational and product-based companies, providing employees with Saturday and Sunday as holidays.
