Company culture is worst and Employee can be terminated at any time only basis of performance in single day. HR policy is worst and they don't care to employee

1 Very selfish company only think for company. Like lala company only think for him. 2. Job security is zero. Employee can be terminated in a day only basis of perfomance. they do not give reliving or any letter related to experience . 3 They don't provide salary and TA DA and other perks which has earned by employee by working whole month. 4 I have not seen this kind of worst company in my 20 year career. 5 Company has spoiled career of so many people. 6 company don't hesitate salary of employee...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
