Company facilities here is good, but too much higher mental load exists here due to poor management. Rest everything iss ok, but when you enter through gate, it may feel like you are entering into a Jail for 12 hours. & it's also a big issue here, working time is 12 hours here below than management level. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There's really nothing to dislike about working at Shyam Steel. However, an improvement could be transitioning from a 6-day workweek to a standard 5-day schedule, aligning with the practice in many multinational and product-based companies, providing employees with Saturday and Sunday as holidays.
