The Babu culture should be changed on a priority basis. There should be proper PMS rather than appraisal as per face value. 6 days working. Not an employee friendly environment. They don't even give place for bike parking in that huge building. Car parking is out of scope.

Good place to learn new skills. They hire a lot of trainee's & intern which becomes easy for the noobs to learn & develop It has a good canteen/cafeteria. The company provides pick & drop facility for all routes (employees can avail) Leave policy is just 👌the inbuilt software serves well to all...in aspect to grace timing, Birthdays and so on. Ambience is good..well kept & maintained.

Dirty politics is there in every department. Your very own boss will not support or co-operate you when in need.. Colleagues will always backstab you, harrass you in all circumstances. Salary scale is worst.. Nobody will safeguard you when you are in danger. In all the environment is completely toxic
