I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The salary. It's ok to be honest. People change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, it would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile.
