Nothing much in particular. If you are a newbie to real estate, you get to learn about how real estate works and how this company functions.

Lowest Incentives (The variable pay is a scam to not pay out to the employees and they term as incentives), Micro Managing Higher Management, No work life balance. If your manager does not like you then you get 0 incentive inspite of working all weekends for the entire year. Forget your hard earned incentives if you are serving notice period. They need to study how does incentive system work in general all over the world. They are bleeding out money with all sorts of campaigns. Only the brand team, sales heads and digital team are given importance. Rest of the support teams are all treated worst. Hell lot of internal politics. You can't even take leaves normally unlike other companies because your manager decides when and how many days of leave you should take. P.S.
