Work life balance with few selected departments Especially Sales, Marketing. Rest is chill only.

Work Details

Quite interesting, Sales Presentations. Formal Training session is not regular however. Collaborative approach in job functions. Cross functional reviews. In short quite exciting place to work with dynamic work environment.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
