Work culture is getting degraded day by day. Individual persons growth is also restricted. Training also reduced. Even increasements also reduced however company EBIDTA is growing because of the hardwork of employees. Company management does not want old employees, they are in favour of throwing old employees out to reduce manpower cost and further increase EBIDTA. but this is a short term benefit to organization and may made permanent irreversible damage to the organization like shri ram pistons....Read More
