Unit Control - MIS Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Business Planning: Contribute to the business planning process, monitor implementation of the business plans and adherence to budgets, highlight any variances and investigate the possible causes, report business unit performance IN ORDER TO ensure efficient use of resources, competitiveness and sustainability of the business unit.
• Budgeting: Drives annual budgeting process, evaluate and analyse budget proposals, present budget for Board/ Corporate approval, monitor and review performance periodically against budgets, report to Board on Business Unit performance, comply with financial systems, processes, standards, statutes and regulations IN ORDER TO record and report financial performance of Business Unit in a timely and accurate manner.
• MIS & Financial Reporting: Implement systems and tools for regular and periodic financial reporting, share, review and report MIS periodically, highlight variances, investigate causes and recommend corrective action and track its implementation IN ORDER TO ensure easy access to and transparency in business information for effective decision making.
• Product costing : Monitor the product cost with in budget i.e. raw material, process and personnel cost.
• Analytical Skill: He must have good analytical skills.
• Coordination with Stakeholder: he will be responsible for coordinating with all the plant HOD's for plant performance, i.e. quality, rejection ratio, efficiency etc.
• SAP: He must have deep knowledge for SAP software.

Preferred candidate profile :Should have the experience of handling the role of MIS in and Manufacturing setup (Preference Auto Industry)
