There is no skill growth as well as no career development. Branch managers are like dictator and collection managers are full clumsy. One who(relationship executive) is doing the work seriously, Seniors use to exploit them.

Stfc company is very good no doubt but the management team is terrible the manager was very abusive disrespectful and corrupt. Worst experience of my life.

Dislikes

Nothing but everything i hate working in stfc. Again i am not blaming the company but the only the upper management team they are so corrupt no fixed working hours no holiday's manager use to forced us to do receipt without even collecting the money other wise we will have to resign.
