Job Description:

• Experience in handling CDP platforms like Adobe Experience platform / Salesforce or any other CDP platforms in the market,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Adaptable and curious, staying up-to-date with the latest CDP features and best practices, Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Able to work closely with marketing, development, and product teams for data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on data collection and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge on custom dashboards, audience segmentation and creating custom reports for product & campaign team.
• Min 3+ Years experience in the field of analytics and CDP platform
