They don't even deserve a big 0, their so called Management treat junior employees like their servants. They'll expect you to work like a slave for them even on holidays and for your own paid leaves you'll have take so many approvals like in government offices for that too you'll have to give the revenue 10 times of your salary, no incentive nothing and their manager will boast as if they are GOD for you and bcz of them you're alive in this world. If your performance is little bit down they'll make such pressure on you to resign that you'll think like what's crime you did, they'll throw you out like a tissue paper.
