If management of any organisation is good then all is well. Here is this company I am very happy and learnt alot for my career ahead. All employees PAN India work as a single unit. Great benefits, nice incentives, well growth for hard working people. You are free to work from anywhere in open market, no restrictions If your work and achievement is all good. Salary is not as per role, I have seen my seniors working in lower salary then juniors, I mean reporting employee is getting high paid then then one whom he is reporting. Training given to employees is only theoritical, and encouraging, but its not solving the queries of fact people are facing in open market.

I am working as Assistant product manager - Business Development in Bank and NBFC segment. Where I have to make relation with banks and NBFC's( Except PSU Banks) for disposing their siezed assets. Assiting them for parking of vehicles also.

THE COMPANY IS OPEN TO IDEAS AS IT ASKS ITS EMPLOYEES EVERY MONTH TO COME FORWARD AND GIVE THEIR INPUTS ON DIFFERENT VERTICALS,PLUS IT ALLOWS EVERY EMPLOYEE TO ASK QUESTION TO THE CEO DIRECTLY WHICH I BELIEVE IS A VERY PROGRESSIVE STEP FOR ANY COMPANY AS IT HAPPENS ON MONTHLY BASIS.

THE ONLY THING I CAN POINT OUT FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE POST WORK CALLS FROM CLIENTS BUT THAT GOES WITH THE NATURE OF BUSINESS WE ARE IN.

BASICALLY I AM A MIDDLEMAN FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES AND SALVAGE BUYERS FOR ACCIDENTAL CARS.IT IS SLIGHTLY CHALLENGING AT TIMES DUE TO VARIOUS UNKNOWN FACTORS INVOLVED BUT THE SATISFACTION POST FULFILLMENT OF CASE IS NOTHING AS COMPARED.
