Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

I am working as an Architect over here and take care the infrastructure of the organization. I have to mange team who are involved in new construction sites also who are maintaining the existing structures.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
