The only positive thing about working in this particular factory of textile industry is that atleast the salary comes in between 18 to 30 of every month

Hr and accounts don't have policies for working. Since the starting of the company none got increment appraisal even after completion of 2.5 years. Only the people who are close to the vice Presidents in the middle management or the person having direct approach to the owner and senior management might get the increment and that tooif the company has something to loose if the concerned employee resigned. Work Details

There is strictness in the entry time of office but nothing is said for when can you leave. Even after 11 or 12 hours of duty the management sometimes expect you to stay longer or overnight following by double duty of 24 or more hours.
