company owners are not knowing work culture, employee retention, not considering human being, their entire goal is only money earning. company if they celebrating their new plant inauguration function, employee should pay vehicle charges, and they will not providing lunch, when all their relatives & guests has finished their feast after that whatever remaining only employee can eat. inside the factory they are not providing rest room for production employees...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
