Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Very selfish management (Owner), people pulled out by owner after getting such experience from employee, i have regine from post even after i am having no job at that time. very terrible, don't suggest any one to join there.

Seniors are pathetic they know to disrespect others very nicely. You don't have any job security and Shreeji group generally gives the project to mandate but the payroll is of developers.
