There staff and employees are supportive. It's a great place to work with them.

Dislikes

As an inter there the only thing they need to add is to pay the stipend to the interns.

i was an intern there it was quite an interesting session. I learnt everything on this internship related to visual merchandising and also fashion consultant.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
