The company was good until lockdown and covid19. There was job security, good salary but now the company is laying down employees at all level. Growth opportunities were there now everything is uncertain. I am one of the employees who has lost his job.

Politics and job security now. Everything is uncertain and company changes its policy very often.

Work life balance was there. Sales and membership pressure was huge but it is sustainable. Many managers are good and supportive but head office management is not trustable.

Bonus was their but uncertain, incentive structure was not good now that too is gone.. much deduction of salary quite often a month in a whole year. But salary was on time.

Its been always good experience to work with the organisation.. I love shoppers stop..

The only thing which I didn't like that is their loyalty program which they sell to customers at 300 rs..compare to other retail they take much price for the membership card..
