My experience with Shopper Stop has been absolutely terrible because Hr .Shivani there is so full of attitude. They neither understand the emergency of others nor do they make an effort to help. I am in desperate need of my PF number, but they only see my messages and leave them without replying. If I call, they don’t pick up the phone. If they don’t want to provide the PF number, why do they even deduct it in the first place? I don’t understand their drama. My experience has been nothing short of awful. Every day, I request them, “Ma’am, please give me the number,” but they just ignore my messages after reading them. My only point is, if someone is in need, they shouldn’t work there. They don’t increase the salary, nor do they listen to the workers. If you approach them for any work, they’re always busy on their phones. They’ll tell you, “Wait a bit,” but when you go later, they’ll say, “Were you asleep?” Oh, so only when you have time, others can talk to you? I have worked many jobs, but I have never seen such HR behavior anywhere else. They deduct PF but don’t even give the number. Kaam bahot karwate hai par salary jyada badi nahi diya jati. Manager ki galti bhi data entry operator per ya phhir junior per thok dete hai. So please join karne se pehle bahot thinking se. Aana.
