it was quite ok before the covid crisis began. I mean, even though there were very much workloads, it was still ok. But now, the workload has exceeded 14 hours, everyday and now they are not allowing us to work from home, but are calling us to the office. No one is following the principles of social distancing, the IT Team Leads arenot wearing any masks, they eat together from each others tiffin boxes and do not even wash hands or sanitize properly. The office is at zanjirwala square which is a red zone and has many cases, still they dont care about employee lives and are calling employees to the office which is very terrible....Read More
