Nightmare-The company seems to operate more like a school , from lack of basic breaks to it's draconian rules on phone usage . being forbidden to use phones from 11 am to 8:30pm is absurd. Management's Behavior-Instead of understanding employee's situation or mindset, they resort to shouting and disrespect, creating a toxic work environment. salary Disparity-salary disparities are glaring, reflecting the company's bias. They will expect you to put in the effort as if your work deserves a top tier salary ,but in reality they will pay you significantly super less than what you deserve. Partiality-partiality among upper authorities is rampant. Favoritism seeps into every aspect of the workplace, breeding resentment and eroding trust in the management. Mistreatment at it's peak- One dirty fish spoils the entire pond. No job security- you can get layed off or terminated without even a official warning. I would strongly advice against anyone considering employment here to think twice before subjecting themselves to such a toxic environment....Read More
