They have fired more than half of their employees in the past year. >They give threats openly to their ex-employees for speaking out(check the negative Google reviews). >The MD/owner of the company is a spoiled kid and has no professionalism. >The politics in the company is downright toxic. They will fire anyone who is not a sycophant. >The management encourages the employees to exaggerate production hours so they can over bill the clients. >They have fired employees who were working for them for years because one of their clients ended their contract. They have fired employees (developers, testers, HR, operations) so they could hire freshmen with low salaries. >They have also fired those freshmen. >Unethical and unreliable company. >They fire people on their whims. If you received an offer from them, I suggest that you look for other opportunities. Your time will be wasted here. You will not be provided adequate training by the support staff, and the trainers will be extremely rude. There is no job security they can fire people once they find there replacement who can work in lesser salary inspite of you being the best at your work. There is no professionalism and they don't full fill there promises no support from management at all they put everything on your head . Partiality between people they can create situations that will force you to resign. No proper leave policy they just tell they will provide leaves but no you are forced to work during Indian as well as Us holiday stating we have work flow. Long leaves are not provided inspite of pre planning and informing and you are expected to work even during family emergency. Better search for other opportunities do not regret...Read More
