Only I do like Shivani's numerous customers, where we can deal with all customer requirements. And also Shivani's VP Mr. Bhupesh Nasa San is very Specific person in Shivani for its growth. He has very good thoughts towards operations and Business Excellence.

Dislikes

Shivani's MD is the main reason to not performing well. He does not want to upgrade his assets to stay in competitive market. He even does not involve in the business deeply. No dress, No canteen, No transport, No timely salary, No increment etc.
