Company Policies very poor (Need to Improve management Knowledge about work). Working Culture is not Suitable for as per current trends Having advanced facilities but they are not Serious about it and also not aware about it (Most of the things are damage and expired because of not in used ). Employees are not aware there work including upper post in the Company. Like Managers and above (Up to Plant Level). There are no any awareness about GMP (Only interested in the Document filling work). Also document is very poor not suitable to current market trends or any regulatory agencies.
